Christmas Recap
Ok, in case you did not follow the trail of blogs this Christmas has left behind, here is a recap: We started on December 21st with Glen's family Christmas party in Meridian. We drove over and came back the same day because we had to keep nursery at church the next day. The 22nd we celebrated Christmas with Glen's dad's side of the family, this included Shanna, Dusty and Hollynn. Then on the 23rd we had planned to leave and drive to Nashville. This did not happen. We both had to work and there was just too much to do to get ready for the trip. On the 24th we left for Nashville around 8a.m. We only had to make one stop in Jackson, TN for 45 min to let the little one stretch her legs. She did so good! We made it to Nashville around 3 or so and went to the candle light service with my family. Then we headed back home to eat dinner with everyone (Grandma, Grandpa, Katie, Hanna, Jonathan, Jodi, Daniel and Miriam). Christmas day we woke up to see what Santa brought then opened gifts later that day when Jonathan and his crew came over. The 26th Glen and I had a fun filled day of after Christmas shopping, we found lots of deals. The 27th we headed back to Mississippi. On the way we stopped at Aunt Susie's and then at Aunt Charolette and Uncle Danny's for the Baughn Family Christmas Party. We left there around 5pm and drove to Meridian, MS where we ate dinner with Mama Linny and spent the night at Aunt Cheryl's. The 28th we went back over to Mama Linny's and Aunt Lynn came over to visit. Then we headed back home, we arrived at 7pm. The 29th we had to work so by the end of it all I felt just like Amelia in this photo!

Christmas with Aunt Susie
The Baughn Family Christmas Party
This year my family did their Christmas party at my Uncle Danny and Aunt Charolette's house somewhere in Alabama. I would be more specific, but I had no idea how we got there or where we were. They live on a lake so the kids loaded up in the wagons to go down and throw rocks in the water. They had a lot of fun. Glen introduced Amelia to sticks! She found a really big one, maybe a little too big...
Amelia got to visit both of her Great Grandmothers for Christmas this year. Mama Linny is on the top and Granny Baughn is on the bottom. Mama Linny is Glen's grandmother, she lives in Meridian. Granny Baughn is my grandmother and she lives in Birmingham. Amelia is number 10 of Granny Baughn's 11 great grandchildren!

It's Christmas Time!!
It's Christmas time at the Morris house. We finally got our outside lights done, our Christmas tree up and decorated as well as the other misc. decorations around the house. Now we need to send Christmas cards, make some Christmas goodies, and oh yeah...... um SHOP! I guess there is still a lot to do!

Thanksgiving #1
Our first Thanksgiving this year was with Glen's Family. Glen, Amelia and I were joined by Shanna, Dusty and Hollynn for a short road trip to Raymond. We ate our first thanksgiving meal of the year with Aunt Lori, Aunt Sherri, Uncle Kevin, Cousin Adam and some of there close friends. We had a great time and ate some great food!

Amelia is 1 year old!
Happy Happy Birthday! Amelia was born exactly one year ago! We have enjoyed every second of the first year of our little girls life, even the sleepless nights! I really can't believe our Milly Moo is so big! Time flies! We are waiting for my parents to come for Thanksgiving so we can have a fun party, so today we just relaxed and enjoyed some time as a family. Instead of a cake we made Birthday cinnamon rolls, she loved them!
